[SANCTUM MEMO]
In light of the oncoming summer months, the weather has suitably changed to move outdoors.
This being said, only residents with a clearance at or above Level 4 will be allowed on small expeditions past the immediate grounds of the facility due to the nature of the location.
Those under the clearance level may go outside but not beyond the gates and must be supervised by one or more members of security at all times as per the precautionary guidelines 44.5b

There also seems to be some idleness going around. Rest assured this will not be for long. I do hope you all have enjoyed your down time and the blatant abuse of the facility liquor guidelines. May I remind you that for your own safety, only residents with psychiatric and medical approval are allowed to imbibe alcohol.
Obvious abuse will result in said privilege being revoked.

Also, may I remind you not to copulate in plain sight as it can upset other residents.

Renovations to the gym and swimming pool have been completed and will be available for use starting Monday. All residents are encouraged to take full advantage of the facilities in their spare time.

Training sessions will hence forth be increased by one hour also starting Monday.
